Supply, siting & correct sizing
We help you choose the right machine: production capacity per 24 hours, storage bin size, ice type for your drinks or display, and the physical footprint. Air-cooled machines need ventilation clearance; water-cooled units need the right supply and waste. We survey first so the machine that arrives is the machine that fits — undercounter for a cocktail bar, modular heads with bins for hotels and high-volume venues.
Water treatment, drainage & hygiene
Most ice machine failures are water problems, not refrigeration problems. Every installation includes correct filtration or scale treatment for London’s hard water, a proper drain with air gap, and a commissioning clean. We set up descaling schedules and can supply replacement filters on a planned basis, keeping ice clear and the evaporator alive.
Ongoing service & repair
After installation we can maintain the machine under a service plan — descales, sanitisation, condenser cleans and refrigeration checks — and we repair all major brands, often same-day. If your existing machine has failed mid-service, call us: we carry common parts for Hoshizaki, Scotsman and Manitowoc units on the van.
