12-month workmanship guarantee

How we work on site
We start with the fault, not a part. When you report a problem, we ask for the make, model, symptoms and any error code, so the engineer arrives with the right test equipment. On site, the engineer confirms what has stopped working and why before recommending a repair.
For new systems, a survey comes before the quote. Cooling duty, plant position, pipework routes, drainage and electrical supply are checked at the address, so the installation price covers the job that is actually needed.
For planned maintenance, we agree the list of units and the visit interval first, and record the findings at each visit. Any repairs are quoted separately, so routine servicing never hides an unresolved fault.
