Commercial HVAC Services London
Design, installation, maintenance and 24/7 repair for commercial heating, ventilation, air conditioning and refrigeration across every London borough and the M25.
Our commercial HVAC services in London cover the full lifecycle of a building's mechanical plant. At the design stage our engineers carry out heat gain and heat loss calculations, ductwork and pipework sizing, refrigerant circuit design and plant-room layout — specifying VRF, VRV, split, multi-split, chilled-water and packaged rooftop systems from Daikin, Mitsubishi Electric, Toshiba, LG, Fujitsu and Panasonic. Every installation is commissioned to manufacturer specification with pressure-test certificates, F-Gas logbooks and TM44 inspection support where the system exceeds 12kW.
In Camden we support the restaurants, music venues and offices around Camden Town, King's Cross and Holborn with cellar cooling, kitchen refrigeration and comfort cooling for open-plan workspaces. In Paddington our work centres on the Paddington Basin and Merchant Square commercial estate — VRF maintenance, fan-coil servicing and server-room cooling for office occupiers. In Kensington and Chelsea we install and service air conditioning for retail units on the King's Road and High Street Kensington, plus wine-cellar cooling and cold rooms for the area's hotels and restaurants.
Beyond installation we provide planned preventive maintenance contracts, same-day repairs and a 24/7 emergency response for failed refrigeration and air conditioning. Cold rooms, walk-in freezers, display cabinets, ice machines, blast chillers and cellar coolers are all covered by the same REFCOM-registered, F-Gas certified engineering team. Whether you need a one-off commercial fridge repair, a new air conditioning installation or a full commercial HVAC service contract, one call covers it — with a written quote before any chargeable work.

Frequently Asked Questions
Portable Ac Units: scope, checks and next steps
Comfort cooling needs the correct mode, airflow and heat rejection. A wall split, cassette, ducted system and rooftop unit have different access and drainage arrangements.
Separate the possible causes
Compare filters, coil condition, fan response, condensate drainage and controller errors. Poor cooling does not automatically justify a refrigerant recharge.
Repair or replacement?
An isolated drain, fan or control fault may suit repair. Replacement or new installation needs room load, noise, pipe routes and maintenance access assessed.
Choose the right service scope
Inspection, routine maintenance, fault diagnosis and installation answer different questions. Describe the equipment and the outcome needed so the visit can be scoped appropriately rather than treating every request as a replacement job.
Details to include with your job request
Provide unit models, fault codes and affected rooms. For ducted systems, include which outlets have poor airflow; for cassettes, note whether water appears below the ceiling.
Site details for Guildford
Guildford, Surrey — postcode reference GU1. Give the complete site postcode, not just the area name, and confirm who can provide access to the equipment. For shared or roof-mounted plant, explain the access arrangements and any landlord or building-management permissions needed.
